The Centennial United Methodist Church Foundation will award individual scholarship awards up to $10,000 for students enrolled in formal training for Christian ministry or for a church-related vocation to serve the United Methodist Church in the Minnesota Conference.

Eligibility

Applicants must:

• Be currently enrolled in a seminary or divinity school and pursuing theological education in preparation for Christian ministry; and

• Intend to serve in the Minnesota Annual Conference of The United Methodist Church upon completion of their theological education.

Preference will be given to applicants who are currently part of a church in the Minnesota Annual Conference.

Applicants who have previously received a scholarship from the Centennial United Methodist Church Foundation are eligible to apply again, provided they continue to meet the eligibility requirements above.

Application Deadline

Completed applications must be submitted by November 6, 2026.

Scholarship Payment

Scholarship awards will be paid by check made payable jointly to the educational institution and the scholarship recipient.
